Scope
This part stipulates the factory layout and environment, workshops and facilities and equipment, sources of livestock and poultry, pre-slaughter inspection and quarantine, slaughtering and processing process control, post-slaughter inspection and quarantine, product inspection, and harmless treatment for quality and safety control of pollution-free livestock and poultry slaughtering production. , packaging, storage and transportation, traceability management and production records and other key links of quality and safety control technical requirements.
