This part of GB/T 9695 specifies the method for the determination of chloride content in meat and meat products. The first method of this part is applicable to the determination of chlorides with a sodium chloride content greater than or equal to 1.0% (mass fraction) in meat and meat products, and the second method is applicable to the determination of sodium chloride content in meat and meat products less than 1.0% ( mass fraction) of chloride determination.
