Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of chloramphenicol in livestock and poultry meat. This standard applies to the determination of chloramphenicol in livestock and poultry meat. The detection limit of this method: gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, the detection limit is 0.2μg/kg; and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is 0.05μg/kg.
