Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food edible fungi. This standard applies to fresh products, dried products (including compressed edible fungi, granulated edible fungi) and fungus powders of artificially cultivated and wild green food edible fungi, as well as artificially cultivated edible fungi mycelium and mycelium powder, including shiitake mushrooms. , Enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, bamboo fungus, straw mushrooms, Agaricus bis orus, Hericium erinaceus, white mushrooms, Maitake mushrooms, Coprinus comatus, King oyster mushroom, black fungus, white fungus, golden fungus, hair fungus, sheep fungus Edible mushrooms such as tripe mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, ground hazelnuts, mushrooms, matsutake mushrooms, chanterelles, cordyceps, ganoderma and other edible mushrooms.
