This part of GB 10395 is used together with GB 10395.1. This part specifies the structural safety requirements and determination methods for agricultural suspended, semi-mounted and traction power-driven soil tillage machinery. This part also specifies the safety requirements that the manufacturer should provide. Types of operational (including legacy risk) information. The major hazards covered in this section (listed in Appendix A), hazardous states and events are associated with the use of driven farming machinery under the foreseeable conditions of the manufacturer (see Chapter 4). This section does not apply to: - pit-digging machinery; - machinery equipped with retractable devices that can continuously operate between crops. This section does not include environmental hazards and electromagnetic compatibility, nor does it include the hazards associated with power transmission moving parts and professional maintenance machinery, except for guards and barrier strength requirements. This section does not apply to drive farming machinery produced before the promulgation of this section.
