Scope
This part of GB 10395 specifies the general safety requirements and conformity determination methods for the design and manufacture of self-propelled, suspended, semi-suspended and towed agricultural and forestry machinery. This section also specifies the type of information that the manufacturer should provide for safe operation (including residual risks). The major hazards (listed in Appendix A), hazardous states and hazardous events involved in this section are related to the use of agricultural machinery in the intended and foreseeable state of the manufacturer (see Chapter 4). This part does not include environmental hazards, road safety, electromagnetic compatibility requirements, nor does it include requirements for moving parts of the power transmission mechanism, except for the strength requirements of protective devices and barriers (see 4.7), and does not include technical requirements for vibration, but vibration Except for declaration requirements. This section also does not address the hazards associated with servicing or repairs by professional service personnel. This part of GB 10395 applies to agricultural and forestry machinery, lawn and gardening power machinery. Not all hazards covered in this section will be present on a particular machine. For any machinery involved in this part of GB 10395, if there is a special part of GB 10395 directly applicable to this type of machinery, the provisions of the special part of GB 10395 should be implemented first.
