Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of pickled vegetables. This standard applies to pickled vegetables, salted vegetables, soy sauce pickled vegetables, candied vegetables, vinegar pickled vegetables, sweet and sour pickled vegetables, shrimp oil pickled vegetables, salted vegetables and pickled vegetables.
