Scope
This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the general requirements for energy consumption classification of ladle refining furnaces. Including energy consumption grading system, energy consumption parameters, energy consumption range, energy consumption parameter classification and index formulation, and test methods, etc. This standard is applicable to ladle refining furnace manufacturers, ladle refining furnace users and testing agencies to assess the energy consumption level of electric furnace products and the actual energy consumption in use, so as to promote the reduction of ladle refining furnace energy consumption and realize energy saving. This part can be used as a reference for the energy consumption grading standards of ladle refining furnace manufacturing and production process.
