Scope
This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the energy consumption parameters, energy consumption range, division of unit power consumption level and its indicators and measurement methods for the complete set of voltage-type frequency conversion multiple intermediate frequency centerless induction furnaces (hereinafter referred to as the complete set). This part is applicable to multi-channel multi-output semiconductor frequency conversion devices (hereinafter referred to as frequency conversion devices) powered by voltage type, whose working frequency is 50 Hz higher than the industrial frequency and lower than or equal to 1000 Hz, and whose rated capacity ranges from 1 t to 60 t. It consists of the same intermediate frequency centerless induction melting furnace (hereinafter referred to as intermediate frequency melting furnace), and is a complete set of equipment for melting cast iron and steel, as well as non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
