GB/T 30839.42-2014
Scope
This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the general requirements for the energy consumption grading of well-type resistance furnaces, including the standard system for energy consumption grading of well-type resistance furnaces, energy consumption parameters, energy consumption range, energy consumption parameter classification and index formulation, and experiment method. This part applies to the formulation of energy consumption classification standards for industrial forced convection and natural convection well-type resistance furnaces and their units (hereinafter collectively referred to as "well-type resistance furnaces"). This energy consumption grading standard is for resistance furnace manufacturers, resistance furnace users in industrial production, and relevant inspection and arbitration institutions to assess and evaluate the energy consumption level of well-type resistance furnace products and the energy consumption status in the actual use process, so as to promote well-type resistance. The improvement of the furnace manufacturing process level achieves the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. The formulation of the energy consumption grading standard system for well-type resistance furnaces should meet the requirements of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of GB/T 30839.1-2014. Its scope mainly includes the classification of forced convection well furnace and natural convection well furnace and the classification and index formulation of corresponding energy consumption parameters. Its main technical content should include energy consumption parameters, energy consumption range, energy consumption grading and index formulation and measurement methods.
