Scope
This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the energy consumption range, energy consumption parameters, energy consumption classification indicators and energy consumption measurement methods of various push-type resistance heating units (hereinafter referred to as "push furnace units"). This part is applicable to all kinds of industrial push furnace units whose furnace atmosphere is natural atmosphere and controlled atmosphere, and the rated temperature is in the range of 150 ℃ to 1 350 ℃. The push furnace unit can be divided into many categories according to the process, such as: heating unit, quenching and tempering unit, annealing unit, sintering unit, carburizing unit, nitriding unit, brazing unit, etc. In addition to grading and measuring the energy consumption indicators of the unit, the energy consumption parameters of the push furnace, the main energy consumption device in the unit, are also graded, which is used as the main parameter of the unit's energy consumption status.
