- Scope
- The test method described in the third part of this standard is a general method, applicable to the simulation system composed of two or more subsystems. The test methods described in the following sections apply to the transmission of frequency division multiplexing (FDM) telephones. Black and white and color TV, sound program and transmission characteristic test of various systems of baseband digital information. Part III should be used in conjunction with Part I: "Measurements common to subsystems and simulated systems".
