- Scope
- This standard gives various measurement methods for black-and-white and color television transmission in simulated radio-relay systems. These measurement methods are supplementary to the measurement methods commonly used for telephones and televisions given in Section 2 "Baseband Measurements" of Part Three of this series of standards. The relevant CCIR proposals and reports are listed in the reference documents in Appendix B, which specify the test waveforms applicable to various common TV formats. Note: The actual circuit system dedicated to the transmission of black and white and color TV program signals shall be implemented in accordance with GB3659-83 "Test Method for TV Video Channel".
