- This section describes general measurement methods that can be used for simulation systems containing two or more subsystems. The measurement methods described in the following chapters are suitable for measuring the transmission performance of transmission systems for frequency division multiplexed telephones, black and white and color television, sound broadcast programs and baseband digital information. This section should be used in conjunction with Part 1 "Measurements common to subsystems and simulated radio relay systems".
