Scope
This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labelling, storage and transportation of cut fresh and frozen pork lean meat. This standard is applicable to the cooled (fresh) or frozen pork lean meat processed from fresh and frozen sliced pork by parts.
