This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of cut frozen pork lean meat. This standard is applicable to fresh pork slices with or without skin, which are cut according to fat or lean parts, then cold-processed and packaged, and used to supply the market, raw meat for meat products and canned processing.
