DL/T 860.81-2006 Communication networks and systems in substations Part 8-1: Specific Communication Service Mapping (SCSM) mapping to MMS (ISO 9506-1 and ISO 9506-2) and to ISO/IEC 8802-3 (English Version)
This part of DI/T 860 specifies the method of using local area networks for real-time and non-real-time data exchange by mapping ACSI to MMS and GB/T 15629.3 frames. MMS services and protocols can run on the complete set of OSI and TCP compatible communication protocols. MMS can be used in both centralized and decentralized structures. This section includes the exchange of real-time data indications, control operations, and report notifications. This section specifies the mapping between ACSI (Abstract Communications Service Interface, DL/T 860.72) objects and services to MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification, GB/T1672-2005) and ISO/IEC 8802-3 frames. This section also specifies the mapping of real-time information to non-MMS protocols. The semantics of this protocol are specified in DL/T 860.72. This section contains protocol syntax, specifications, mapping to ISO/IEC 8802-3 frame format, and related regulations for use with ISO/IEC 8802-3. The mapping from ACSI to MMS specifies the use of MMS concepts, objects and services to implement ACSI concepts, objects and services. This mapping enables interoperability between functions from different manufacturers. This section specifies the standard method for data exchange using GB/T 16720-2005 services. For ACSI services specified in DL/T 860.72 that are not mapped to MMS, this section will specify other protocols. This section uses an object-oriented approach to describe the actual device in terms of its externally visible data and behavior. The objects themselves are abstracted to allow for wider application. But this application has gone beyond the application scope of substation communication. This section provides mapping of objects and services specified in DL/T 860.72, DL/T 860.73 and DL/T 860.74.
