- Scope
- This document describes the on-site measurement method, test equipment, measurement procedure, measurement location, result expression and test report content for determining the impact sound insulation performance of a room by measuring the sound pressure level by using an impact source to impact on the floor or stairs of a building . This document is applicable to the measurement of the impact sound insulation performance in the room with a volume of 10 m3 to 250 m3 in the frequency range of 50 Hz to 5000 Hz. The measurement results are suitable for quantifying, evaluating and comparing the impact sound insulation performance of the room, regardless of whether It is suitable for no furniture and whether it is a diffuse sound field.
