GB 25286.3-2010
Scope
This standard specifies requirements for the design, evaluation, construction and testing of equipment intended for use in explosive gas and/or combustible dust atmospheres protected by flameproof enclosures type "d". This part is a supplement to GB 25286.1, and the content of GB 25286.1 is also fully applicable to equipment manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this part. Equipment complying with the relevant provisions of this part meets the requirements of the following levels: Class I Class Mb equipment, under normal operation and severe operating conditions, especially rough handling and changes in environmental conditions, there will be no ignition source that causes ignition; Class II Class Gb Or Class III Db equipment, under normal operation and expected failure conditions, there is no ignition source that causes ignition. The explosion-proof type specified in this part can be used alone or used together with other explosion-proof types, according to the ignition hazard assessment in GB 25286.1, to provide protection for Class I Mb equipment or II Ga, Gb and III Class Da, Db equipment. This section does not apply to equipment for sulfur dust and organic peroxides. This standard does not apply to explosion-proof electrical equipment or reciprocating internal combustion engines. Electrical equipment shall comply with GB 3836.1 and GB 3836.2; reciprocating internal combustion engines shall comply with GB 20800.1, GB 20800.2 and GB 20800.3.
