Scope
This part of GB 20800 specifies the safety requirements and safety measures for Class II Class 2G and Class 3G reciprocating compression ignition engines (hereinafter referred to as internal combustion engines) used in explosive atmospheres formed by flammable gases and vapors. various hazards and dangers. This part applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of explosion-proof structures for internal combustion engines 1). This section does not apply to internal combustion engines used in explosive atmospheres containing carbon disulfide. This standard does not apply to internal combustion engines used in places where explosives are processed, manufactured or stored.
