Scope

This part of GB/T 18029 gives the determination method for the energy consumption of electric wheelchairs and electric scooters whose occupant mass is not more than 100 kg in terms of theoretical driving distance. This part applies to wheelchairs and scooters with a maximum speed of 15 km/h, which are only used to carry one person.
