Scope
This part of GB/T 24338 specifies the emission and immunity requirements for electrical and electronic equipment and systems in track ground power supply installations, including the power supply to the equipment, the equipment itself and its protection and control circuits, as well as switching stations, power Wayside equipment such as autotransformers, voltage regulating transformers, power switches of substations, power supply switches of other longitudinal and local power sources, etc. This section does not apply to filters operating on the traction supply voltage (such as for harmonic suppression or power factor compensation), because each site has specific requirements. Filters should usually have separate enclosures and separate proximity rules. If electromagnetic limits are required, they shall be specified in the equipment specification. The limits in this section do not apply to intended communication signals. The frequency coverage range is 0GHz~400GHz. At present, only the electromagnetic compatibility test of 2GHz and below is regulated. The emission and immunity requirements specified in this part are applicable to the equipment in the following places: a) equipment for power supply to the rail transit system in the substation; b) equipment for trackside control and adjustment of the power supply of the rail transit system, including power factor Compensation and filtering equipment; c) The power supply network along the track except for the conductors of the contact system and the return conductors connected to it, including the high-voltage feeder system that supplies power to the substation within the scope of the track, within the scope of the substation, will come from A system that converts the voltage of the high-voltage feeder system into the voltage required by the track system, such as 25-0-25kV, 50Hz system transmission lines and 110kV, 16.7Hz power supply systems. Outside the track range, the transmission wires that are only used for power supply to the track system are also used as General overhead line handling in public areas; d) Power supply equipment for trackside control and regulation auxiliary purposes, including power supplies for railway freight marshalling yards, maintenance stations and stations sd various non-traction power supplies shared with track traction. Equipment and systems located in residential areas, commercial areas or light industrial areas, even within the physical range of traction substations, should also comply with general EMC national standards. The immunity requirements of this part do not apply to power supply equipment that has inherent immunity to the tests defined in Tables 1 to 6 of this part.
