Scope

This part of GB/T24338 specifies the emission and immunity requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of electrical and electronic equipment for rolling stock. This section applies to rolling stock on-board equipment. The frequency range considered in this section is 0GHz~400GHz. Frequency bands without limit requirements do not need to be tested. The test methods used are related to the special equipment, structure, port, technology and its working conditions. This section takes into account the internal environment of the rolling stock and the external environment of the track, as well as interference from other equipment on the equipment, such as portable radio transmitters. The radiated emission requirements specified in this part of ISO 19999 do not apply to intentional emissions from wireless transmitters as defined by the ITU. The limit value of immunity does not apply to the excluded frequency bands specified in the relevant standards of wireless equipment EMC. This section does not apply to transient emissions when starting or stopping the equipment. The selected emission requirements shall ensure that the disturbance generated by the normal operation of the equipment on the rolling stock does not exceed the level that hinders the normal operation of other equipment. In addition, the selected immunity requirements should ensure that the immunity of rolling stock equipment is sufficiently severe. These severities do not include extreme cases where the likelihood is very small. Special requirements inconsistent with this part need to be specially pointed out. The test requirements for each port are specified. The specific provisions of this section should be used together with the general provisions of GB/T 24338.1.
