Scope
This part of GB/T24338 specifies the ground power supply electronic and electrical equipment and systems of rail transit, including the power supply of the equipment, the protection control circuit of the equipment itself, and the substation, autotransformer, current-absorbing transformer, substation switchgear and local electrical switchgear. Electromagnetic emission and immunity requirements of trackside equipment. This section does not apply to filters whose operating voltage is the traction supply voltage (such as filters used for harmonic suppression or power factor compensation). Often filters require separate housing and access regulations. If there is an electromagnetic emission limit requirement, it will be specified in the electronic equipment standard. The limits of this standard also do not apply to communication signals intended to produce intentional emissions. The frequency range considered in this section is 0GHz~400GHz, and the frequency bands without requirements do not need to be tested. This section applies to electrical and electronic equipment and systems for rail transit ground power supply, including: --- equipment for power supply to rail transit systems in substations; --- trackside control and rectification equipment, including devices for power factor compensation; --- - catenary for power supply along the track other than current collectors and related return conductors, including the high-voltage power supply system in the substation used to convert traction voltage in the rail transit system; - auxiliary power supply equipment at the trackside, including to freight Power supply for marshalling station, overhaul station and station; ——other non-traction power supply shared with track traction. The immunity requirements given in this section apply to: --- key equipment, such as protective equipment; --- equipment connected to traction power conductors; --- equipment within the 3 m area; --- 10 m area - equipment within a 3 m area and has a connection port with equipment within a 3 m area; --- equipment within a 10 m area and is connected to a cable exceeding 30 m. The power supply equipment and systems used in residential areas, commercial areas and light industrial areas shall comply with other relevant general electromagnetic compatibility standards even if they are installed within the scope of traction substations. The immunity requirements of this section do not apply to power supply equipment that cannot be tested according to Tables 1 to 6. Note: For example, 18 MVA230kV is converted into a 25kV power transformer. The requirements of this section also apply to ground installations. The specific provisions of this section should be used together with the general provisions of GB/T 24338.1.
