This part of GB/T 24338 specifies the structure and content of other parts of GB/T 24338. This section specifies the performance criteria applicable to the entire standard, and Chapter 5 gives relevant information on electromagnetic compatibility management. This part alone is not enough to judge whether it complies with the basic requirements of the electromagnetic compatibility specification, and it needs to be considered in conjunction with other parts of GB/T 24338. Appendix A gives the characteristics of the track system that have an impact on the EMC behaviour. This section does not include the following phenomena: nuclear electromagnetic pulses, abnormal working conditions and induction effects of direct lightning strikes. The emission limits specified in this part do not apply to intentionally launched devices in orbital systems. This section does not cover security requirements. This section does not consider the biological effects of non-ionizing radiation and medical aids (such as pacemakers).
