Scope: This section outlines the structure and content of the entire standard. Appendix A describes the characteristics of the track system that have an impact on the EMC behavior. Appendix B specifies the management process for obtaining electromagnetic compatibility at the interface between rail transit infrastructure and trains. The purpose of the entire standard is to specify the electromagnetic emission and immunity requirements of rail transit products and systems. This section does not include the following phenomena: nuclear electromagnetic pulses, abnormal working conditions and direct lightning induction effects. The launch limits specified in this section do not apply to special launch devices within the orbital range. This section does not cover security requirements. Biological effects of non-ionizing radiation and medical aids (such as pacemakers) were not considered. 1.2 The following sections are supplementary to this section.
