This part of GB/T 24338 specifies the emission and immunity requirements for all types of rolling stock (including traction vehicles, trailers and urban vehicles used on urban streets). The applicable frequency range of this section is 0 GHz~400 GHz. Frequency bands without limit requirements do not need to be tested. The scope of equipment in this part is limited by the rolling stock and each energy interface (input and output): for locomotives, trains, trams, etc., the limit is up to the current collector (pantograph, shoe), for trailers, to the AC or DC auxiliary power connector. Since the current collector is part of the towing vehicle, it is not possible to completely exclude influence from the connection to the supply line. Slow trials can minimize these effects. This part specifies the emission limits of rolling stock to the outside world. Other compatibility requirements for rail systems are confirmed in the EMC plan, such as the provisions in GB/T 28807. All equipment installed on rolling stock should meet the basic requirements of GB/T 24338.4. In exceptional cases, if the equipment meets other EMC standards, but there is no information to prove that it meets the requirements of GB/T 24338.4, it is necessary to conduct appropriate EMC tests and/or EMC analysis and tests after the equipment is installed in the vehicle system to determine the Differences between equipment and GB/T 24338.4 requirements. The specific provisions of this section should be used together with the general provisions of GB/T 24338.1.
