This part of GB/T 24338 applies to the emission and immunity of electromagnetic compatibility of rolling stock electrical and electronic equipment. The frequency range is from 0 GHz to 400 GHz. Currently, tests for frequencies higher than 2 GHz have not been defined. The test methods used are related to the special equipment, structure, port, technology and its working conditions. This section takes into account the internal environment of the rolling stock and the external environment of the track, as well as the interference of other equipment on the equipment, such as portable radio transmitters. If a port is used for sending or receiving radio frequency communication (dedicated radio frequency device, such as a transponder system), the emission and immunity limits for communication frequencies in this section do not apply. This section does not apply to transient emissions when starting or stopping the equipment. The purpose of this standard is to define limits and test methods for electromagnetic emission and immunity test requirements for conducted and radio frequency disturbances. These limits and tests represent the basic requirements for electromagnetic compatibility. The selected emission requirements shall ensure that the disturbance generated by the normal operation of the equipment on the rolling stock does not exceed the level that hinders the normal operation of other equipment. In addition, the immunity requirements chosen should ensure that the immunity of the rolling stock equipment is sufficiently severe. These severities do not include extreme cases where the likelihood is very small. Special requirements inconsistent with this part need to be specially pointed out. The test requirements for each port are specified. These special provisions are supplements to the general provisions in GB/T 24338.1.
