- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, testing methods, inspection classification rules, and technical features such as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of nanotechnology-treated clothing products. This standard is applicable to functional garments processed by nanotechnology and made of woven fabrics as the main fabric. Due to the use of nanotechnology in the production and processing process, the clothing or its specific parts have one or more functions such as waterproof, oil-proof, easy to decontaminate, antibacterial, and UV protection. This standard does not apply to clothing for infants and young children.
