- This standard specifies the labeling requirements, labeling principles, expression methods, allowable deviations and determination of labeling compliance for the fiber content of textile products, and gives examples of the expression of textile fiber content. This standard applies to textile products sold domestically. The products listed in Appendix A do not fall within the scope of this standard, unless otherwise specified by the state.
