- This part of GB/T 20944 specifies the qualitative test and evaluation method for the determination of the antibacterial properties of textiles by the agar plate diffusion method. This section applies to woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics and other flat fabrics. Fiber, yarn, etc. can be implemented by reference. This section does not apply to samples where the antibacterial agent does not diffuse at all on the test agar, nor does it apply to samples where the antibacterial agent reacts with the agar. This section does not involve the evaluation of the safety of antibacterial products.
