- This standard specifies two methods for determining the fiber content of products containing spandex; Method A (splitting method) and Method B (chemical analysis method). Method A of this standard is applicable to products that can separate spandex from other fibers by manual splitting. Method B of this standard is applicable to two-component products containing spandex.
