Scope

This document serves as a supplement to the ISO20022 metamodel. The ISO20022 registration agency applies XML syntax conversion rules to convert message definitions that comply with ISO20022 into XML schemas for describing and verifying XML messages. This document specifies the transition rules from Level 3 to Level 4. It is a deterministic transformation, meaning that the XMLSchema generated for a given message definition is completely predictable. There is neither manual input of the transformation itself nor manual adjustment of the transformation results.
