Scope

This document specifies the design and construction requirements for non-electrical equipment used in explosive atmospheres with structural safety type "c", controlled ignition source type "b" and liquid immersion type "k" explosion protection types. This document applies to Ex equipment, Ex components, protective systems, devices and assemblies of these products with structural safety type "c", controlled ignition source type "b", liquid immersion type "k" type of protection. This document is a supplement and modification to the requirements of GB/T3836.28-2021. When the requirements of this document are consistent with those of GB/T3836.
