Scope
This standard specifies the interconnection and interoperability of IMS-based VoLTE and 2G/3G voice services and the interconnection and interoperability of voice and video services between IMS-based VoLTE networks, including: calling number transfer, protocols and other interconnection aspects of the network Architecture and technical requirements, etc. The 2G/3G cellular networks in this standard include GSM/TD-SCDMA, GSM/WCDMA and cdma2000 networks. 4G cellular networks include TD-LTE and LTE FDD networks.
