This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product codes, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of canned mushroom meat sauce. This standard applies to canned food with pork, mushrooms and soybean paste as the main raw materials, which are made through pretreatment, modulation, canning, sealing, sterilization and cooling.
