Scope: This part of GB/T 14099 gives guidelines on fuel quality and environmental performance in the procurement of gas turbines. The guidelines also point out the relevant data on the fuel used by gas turbines and the types of data necessary to quantify and predict the environmental impact that the complete set supplier and the purchaser should provide. Fuel specifications are for reference, not prescriptive.
