Scope
This standard specifies the measurement and evaluation methods for flue gas emissions from gas turbines, and defines the corresponding emission terms. This standard provides the requirements for the test environment, instruments, measurement accuracy and data correction, so that the identification of flue gas emissions has a unified standard. The relationship between the various forms representing flue gas emissions is also given. When measuring flue gas according to this standard, the components to be measured should be determined through negotiation between relevant parties. This standard applies to all gas turbines that generate mechanical shaft power and/or are used as drives for power generation, but do not include aviation gas turbines. For devices equipped with exhaust waste heat, the provisions of this standard can be used as a basis. This standard applies to gas turbines for open cycle processes. For semi-closed cycle gas turbines, gas turbines equipped with free-piston compressors or with special heat sources, the provisions of this standard can be used as a basis. This standard can be used for acceptance tests of flue gas emissions from gas turbines.
