Scope
This standard specifies monitoring schemes for making continuous measurements over a continuous and unrestricted period of time, as well as requirements for the selection and operation of the hardware used. The concentration and absolute quantity of the specified emissions in the flue gas and the relevant gas composition and necessary operating conditions of the gas turbine should be monitored. In addition to using the terms and symbols defined in GB/T 18345.1-2000 for this standard, some terms and symbols are appropriately added. This standard not only puts forward requirements for monitoring environment, instrument measurement and recording, but also for quality assessment and data correction. This standard applies to all gas turbines used to generate mechanical shaft power and (or) power generation drives, and also to marine gas turbines, but does not include aviation gas turbines. For devices equipped with exhaust waste heat, this standard can be used as a basis. This standard applies to open cycle gas turbines. For semi-closed cycle gas turbines and gas turbines with free piston compressors or special heat sources, this standard can also be used as a basis. Without the agreement of all parties, this standard is not used for the acceptance test of flue gas emissions from gas turbines. Components emitted to the air in large quantities, ie above a certain limit, should be monitored. These values should be determined by consensus between the parties. This standard requires continuous monitoring of the following parameters: emissions, diluent gases (O2CO2), flue gas flow (calculated or measured as required), fuel consumption, and gas turbine plant performance. Chemical analysis is required for fuel samples taken periodically.
