This standard specifies the method for the determination of protein in food. The first and second methods of this standard are applicable to the determination of protein in various foods, and the third method is applicable to the screening and determination of solid samples such as grains, beans, milk powder, rice flour, and protein powder with a protein content of more than 10g/100g. . This standard does not apply to the determination of foods with added inorganic nitrogen-containing substances and organic non-protein nitrogen-containing substances.
