This standard specifies the method for the determination of protein in food. This standard applies to the determination of protein in food. This standard does not apply to the determination of foods with added inorganic nitrogen-containing substances and organic non-protein nitrogen-containing substances. The detection limit of the second method of this standard is 0.070μg/Ml; the linear range is 0~10.0μg/Ml.
