Scope
This standard specifies the origin area, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of Yicheng salted duck. This standard applies to Yicheng salted duck produced by traditional techniques such as slaughtering, feathering, evisceration, pickling, and cooking of healthy ducks.
