This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and requirements for labels, signs, packaging and storage of fresh and frozen poultry products. This standard applies to fresh or frozen poultry products of healthy live poultry that have been slaughtered, processed and packaged, as well as unpackaged fresh or frozen poultry products.
