Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and other requirements of construction hoists (hereinafter referred to as hoists). This standard applies to lifts specified in GB/T10052. This standard does not apply to elevators, mining hoists and dispatching winches.
