Scope
This part of GB/T10054 specifies the safety and technical requirements for the manufacture, installation, use, and maintenance of cargo construction lifts (hereinafter referred to as lifts) that can carry people into the vehicle. This section applies to power-driven construction lifts that are temporarily installed and used by construction site personnel, have carrying devices, can stop at each floor and have the following characteristics:  ——Only used for transporting goods ;  ——The carrying device has a guide;  ——The carrying device runs vertically or along a guide rail whose angle with the vertical plane does not exceed 15;  ——The carrying device is driven by a steel wire rope driven by a reel, or by a chain, Rack and pinion, hydraulic oil (direct or indirect) or telescopic linkage suspension or support;  ——When the guide rail is erected, support from an independent structure may or may not be required;  ——When loading When printing and printing, trained personnel are allowed to enter the carrying device;  ——Operated by designated personnel;  ——During installation, disassembly, maintenance and inspection, if necessary, authorized professionals are allowed to Personnel entering and operating the carrier. Chapter 4 of this part lists the various hazards that may occur in the machine at various stages of its service life identified in this part, and indicates methods to eliminate or reduce these hazards when used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. This section does not include supplementary requirements for the following situations:  ——Harsh working environment (such as extreme climate, strong magnetic place);  ——Lightning protection;  ——Special situations (such as explosive environment in the bay) );  ——Electromagnetic compatibility (emissions, immunity);  ——Handling of hazardous loads (such as molten metal, acid/alkaline items, radioactive materials, fragile items);  ——The use of internal combustion engines;  ——The use of remote control devices ————Dangers occurring during the manufacturing process;  ——Dangers arising from transitional movements;  ——Erection on public roads hazards that occur;  ——earthquake;  ——noise. This section does not apply to:  ——Construction lifts for both people and goods in GB/T26557;  ——Elevators in GB7588, GB21240-2007 and GB25194;  ——Lifts in GB/T10054.2;  ———Working platform (work cage) hung by lifting equipment;  ——Lifting platform that is both loaded and supported —Working platform, —Cable car;  ——Specially designed for military use Lifts - - mining lifts, - - stage lifts;  ——- special purpose lifts.
