Scope: This standard specifies the M value (rod spacing M_Ri, cross-rod distance M_Re) and W value (external spline public normal) of cylindrical spur involute splines with a pressure angle of 45° Average length) calculation formula and limit size table. This standard is applicable to involute splines with a pressure angle of 45° designed and manufactured according to GB/T3478.1 "Basic tooth profile tolerances of cylindrical spur involute spline modules".
