Scope: This part of GB/T 3478 specifies all the spline dimensions required for cylindrical spur involute splines with 45° standard pressure angle scalloped root (hereinafter referred to as 45° scalloped root). This part applies to involute splines with a pressure angle of 45°, a modulus of 0.25 mm to 2.5 mm, and side fits specified in the GB/T3478.1-2008 standard. The size table of this part is compiled according to the calculation formula in Table 3 of GB/T 3478.1-2008 and the tooth side fit is H/h, and the basic inspection method is used.
