Scope: This part of GB/T 3478 specifies all the spline dimensions required for cylindrical spur involute splines with 37.5° standard pressure angle scalloped root (hereinafter referred to as 37.5° scalloped root). This part applies to involute splines with a pressure angle of 37.5°, a modulus of 0.5 mm to 10 mm, and flank fits specified in the GB/T 3478.1-2008 standard. The size table of this part is compiled according to the calculation formula in Table 3 of GB/T 3478.1-2008 and the tooth side fit is H/h, and the basic inspection method is used.
