Scope

This standard specifies the M value (rod spacing M_Ri, spanning rod distance M_Re) and W value (external spline public method) of cylindrical spur involute splines with a standard pressure angle of 37.5° Line average length) calculation formula and limit size table. This standard applies to involute splines designed and manufactured according to GB/T 3478.1 with a pressure angle of 37.5°.
