Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, hygiene and mechanical safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of beer machinery. This document applies to beer machinery products (hereinafter referred to as "products") in processes such as crushing, saccharification, boiling, fermentation, filtration, wine transportation, filling, sterilization and cleaning during the beer production process.
